Personal Training Policies
What you need to know.
Follow all policies regarding dress when in the fitness center. Proper exercise attire (including clean tennis shoes) is required.
If a session needs to be canceled for any reason other than an emergency, you must give a 24-hour notice. Contact your trainer directly or call the fitness center front desk at 260-481-6655. Failure to notify the fitness center will result in forfeiture of the session.
Training sessions are one hour. If you request to end a session early or or if it is deemed appropriate to end early based on your fitness level, the session is considered completed and the remaining time will not be made up during a later date.
If you are going to be more than five minutes late, you should call the trainer. Your trainer will wait only 15 minutes for late arrivals. Any tardiness of more than 15 minutes will result in the loss of that session.
