Adopt-A-Don Program

The Adopt-A-Don Holiday Project assists students and their families during the holiday season. Faculty, staff, campus departments, and student organizations are invited to adopt a PFW/IUFW student and their family during the holiday season. Adopters assist by purchasing gifts for their matched family. Gifts may include things like: toys, clothing, personal care items, household, or other needs. Gift cards are accepted. All gifts should be wrapped and labeled prior to drop off. Gifts should be dropped off in the Women’s Center, Walb Student Union, Room 120. The minimum expected contribution per adopted family is $250. All adopters are invited to the Jingle Jubilee Holiday Event in December. Timeline

1. August 1 - September 30: Adopter Registration Open
2. September 1 - 30: Adoptee Registration Open
3. October 15: Adopter-Adoptee Matching
4. December 1 - 6: Gift Drop Off
5. December 7: Jingle Jubilee Holiday Event & Gift Distribution

Program Requirements for students to apply

• Students MUST be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours with PFW/IUFW in a degree-seeking program
• Be in good academic standing
• Must be providing care for dependents ages newborn to 17
• Demonstrate financial need
