Employee Well-being at Work
Employee Well-being at Work is a program where the Employee Well-being team will be available to meet with faculty and staff each month. Our team is focused on working for you and your well-being.
Each month we will visit a different building and offer health and well-being tips, health checks, healthy snacks, activities, giveaways, or information about upcoming events and programs. We would also like to discover what your biggest health and well-being concerns so we can create programs to address your needs.
Monthly Programs
Faculty and staff are invited to take 10 minutes out of their day for the Employee Well-being at Work events. Events often reflect the theme of the month, one or more of the Healthy Boiler Pillars of Wellness, or the monthly challenge. Attendees may register to win gift giveaways when available.

December 2023
December 2023
Invite your friends to join you for an hour of fun where you can talk, de-stress and relax as you learn how to make handmade ornaments at the Employee Well-being at Work event presented by employee health coach Lindsay Bloom. Come any time between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., but please allow an hour to complete all the crafts.
Making handmade crafts—either as a gift or for yourself—can be calming and help you de-stress. Handmade gifts show that you spent time to make a specific gift for someone special to you. Plus giving to others, whether it is through a gift or your time, activates the "feel good" hormones in the brain.
This workshop is limited to 25 participants. Learn more and register using the link below.
