It is our goal in the Box Office Department to provide great customer service for all visitors, planners, and guests. Below are some frequently asked questions to help you address some of the early issues that come up in purchasing Tickets.

1. What is the policy for refunds, cancellations, or order changes?
We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges however certain requests may be considered on a case by case basis and are at the discretion of the Box Office Manager. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have an issue relating to your tickets.

2. How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online through our official website at any time (pfw.edu/tickets). You may purchase tickets in person or over the phone (260-481-5663) from our Box Office, Tuesday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The Box Office also opens for ticket sales one hour prior to any performance or concert for day of ticket sales.

3. What should I do if I can’t find my ticket? Can I get a replacement?
If you misplace your ticket, you may visit the Box Office and we can print a replacement for you. You can also call or email us to request a new digital ticket if you prefer.

4. Are there any discounts or options for group sales?
We offer a group sales rate for theater events to groups of 10+. Please contact the Box Office to arrange for this special rate in advance. Additionally, we have some season ticket options, allowing you to purchase tickets for the entire season at a discounted rate.

5. Is wheelchair-accessible seating available, and how can I arrange it?
Yes, wheelchair-accessible seating is available. You can arrange for these seats by calling us directly at 260-481-6553.

6. What are the parking options for attendees?
Parking is free on campus as long as the spot is not otherwise marked. For both music and theater events, we recommend parking in Parking Garage 3 which is located directly across from the Music Center and next door to the Williams Theatre.

7. How does Will Call work, and where can I pick up my tickets?
Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office window by giving the name they were purchased under.

9. Can I purchase tickets for the Philharmonic/Children’s Choir through your Box Office?
Unfortunately no, even though many of the events take place in our venues. Tickets for these events are sold through Artstix downtown. You can reach out to them directly to arrange tickets for these events.

Services for Patrons with Disabilities:
- The performance halls in the Rhinehart Music Center and Williams Theatre are equipped with Assisted Listening Technology that can be requested at the Box Office
- The Box Office is also equipped with a text telephone for patrons with hearing disabilities 260-481-4105 (please only use this number for TTD ticket requests)
