>> KELLEY HARTLEY HUTTON: Hello, I'm Kelley Hartley Hutton, the director of athletics here at Purdue Fort Wayne. On this annual Day of Giving, we celebrate the big impact your gift will have on the Mastodon student-athletes. I'm standing here in the Lutheran Health Fieldhouse today where we recently witnessed a big win as Kai Auernheimer was crowned the Horizon League heptathlon indoor champion just weeks ago. Kai is a senior majoring in general studies and he dreamed about and trained for that opportunity for years. Thanks to you and others, we help make that dream a reality right here in Fort Wayne. Let's think about other big wins, like our women's basketball team earning a berth to the Horizon League semi-final game in Indianapolis for the first time this season, and the men's volleyball's big five-set victory over Loyola on Arnie Ball Court last month to name just a few. But there is more to do: capital projects, life skills programs, building scholarship support, and we can't do it without you. When you give to the Mastodons, our student-athletes move closer to achieving their goals on and off the court, field, and track. Join the Big Give on April 26th. Individually tough, when Mastodons come together as the Herd, they become unstoppable. So win big with us. [Music]
