>> MELISSA GRUYS: Hi, my name is Melissa Gruys, and I'm the dean for the Doermer School of Business. It's my pleasure today to come and talk about Purdue Fort Wayne's Day of Giving, which will take place on April 26th.

It's a one-day campaign and this year's theme is the Big Give. No matter how small or large your gift, we will all join together to help our students to provide opportunities in the classroom and beyond.

Whether that is working with a local business so that our students can do an internship to gain career skills or perhaps supporting our special studies and international business program that brings students abroad at no cost to themselves.

Also this year, faculty and staff in the Doermer School of Business have joined together to create a new endowed scholarship which once endowed will support our students each year ongoing.
