Professor Olah has over 25 years experience in hotels and restaurants. She loved working with Marriott Hotels and Resorts, and working with Darden's concept Seasons 52, even opening the first location in Orlando, Florida. She discovered her love for teaching in 2011, and pursued her goal of teaching college full-time. Her passions are risk management, food & beverage, and food safety and sanitation. While in industry she served in multiple positions ranging from host, waitstaff, kitchen management, and front of house management, to regional beverage director for a chain of full-service restaurants. She enjoys spending time with her family and dogs.
