Amanda is a Registered Dietitian with 4 years of experience. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Food Science and Human Nutrition, and her Master of Science from Eastern Illinois University in Nutrition Education. She started her career in clinical nutrition at a large, level-1 trauma center hospital. She has extensive experience working with a wide range of patient populations. Amanda has precepted dozens of dietetic interns equipping with the knowledge and skills to be successful entry level dietitians. Amanda now works for a large food company working with their senior living healthcare customer base. She is excited to be sharing her expertise with the students at PFW!
