Bruce Novak received his MS degree in Business Administration and BS degree in Business with distinction from Indiana University. While at IU, he was elected to Sigma Iota Epsilon and Beta Gamma Sigma, scholastic honoraries for High academic achievement.
Bruce has been an adjunct at IPFW and PFW since 2000 teaching Introductory Financial and Managerial Accounting, and Cost Accounting for IPFW. He has taught as an adjunct over 250 accounting, finance, and business classes for seven colleges and universities, including Indiana University South Bend. At IUSB he taught for 19 years before moving to Fort Wayne. He has teaching experience in traditional undergraduate, accelerated, evening adult, weekend, junior college and MBA programs.
Bruce has extensive industry experience as Controller, Corporate Controller, and Vice President of Finance with manufacturing companies including major US corporations such as the Marmon Group, Masco Industries and the Strick Corporation. In industry, he had responsibility for Accounting and Finance Functions, IT, Risk Management, Banking and Human Resources, Industry experience includes Recreational Vehicles, Metal Office Furniture Farm and Capital Equipment, Heavy Machining, Gear Manufacturing, Steel Fabricating and Semi-Trailers
