Peggy Farlow is a Senior Lecturer in Music Therapy at Purdue University Fort Wayne (PFW). She is a board-certified music therapist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education and a Master of Arts in Education from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Science in Music Therapy degree from IPFW.
Since 2000, Farlow has been in private practice as the owner of Farlow Music Therapy Services in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She has experience working with children and adults with autism, developmental disabilities and physical and neurological disorders in both individual and group settings. Farlow has provided music therapy treatment in private homes, group homes, public schools, nursing homes, respite care centers and wellness centers. While teaching at PFW, she also continues to work with a limited number of clients privately in the Fort Wayne area.
Farlow is a member of the American Music Therapy Association (AMTA) and the Association of Indiana Music Therapists (AIMT). When not working as a music therapist, she enjoys ballroom dancing, flying kites and cross-country skiing with her husband, Jay.
