Dr. Voss received his Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Toledo in 2017, with a focus in Human Cognition and Decision Making. He joined the faculty at Purdue University - Fort Wayne in 2017 as a Visiting Assistant Professor within the Department of Psychology. In 2020, he became an Assistant Professor and the head of the Decision Making, Affect, and Applied Cognition Lab. His research specifically focuses on the impact of affect, emotions, and individual differences in the decision process, as well as the application of decision science beyond the laboratory.
