Sheena Choi is an Associate Professor of Management at Purdue University Fort Wayne. Her teaching interests and duties are in Organizational Behavior and International Business. Her research interests include the internationalization of higher education which she has published extensively. Her most recent research focuses on faculty engagement and job satisfaction in higher education and student success, focusing on second-generation college students. Her recent teaching interest is focused on active teaching and learning in higher education. Dr. Choi’s accomplishments include a Fulbright Senior Research Fellowship to South Korea.
