About Us
The Purdue Fort Wayne Center of Excellence in Systems Engineering is an academic program for systems education and research. It is our goal to promote systems thinking in not only engineering and education but also in all enterprises.
Academic Programs and Assistantships
At Purdue Fort Wayne, you can earn a master of science in engineering (M.S.E.) with a specialized focus in systems engineering. You can also offset the cost by obtaining a graduate assistantship, which includes a stipend and a partial tuition remission.
Research
The Center of Excellence in Systems Engineering focuses on the research of application of system thinking in multiple areas, including manufacturing and management. We also focus on the research of model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and manufacturing system design decomposition (MSDD).
Systems Engineering Lab
The systems engineering lab at Purdue Fort Wayne provides a unique educational and research facility for students.
