University to Conduct Campus Climate Survey
November 2, 2022
Dear University Community,
As part of Purdue Fort Wayne’s ongoing effort to implement its strategic plan—specifically the aspirations Embrace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Enhance Quality of Place—the university will be conducting a campus climate survey beginning Monday (Nov. 7) and lasting through Friday, December 2.
The goal of this survey is to better understand your experience at Purdue Fort Wayne. We value your unique perspective and your honest feedback, which will be vital to determining how we can better work together to build and foster a more affirming, empowering, and inclusive campus.
All students and employees who complete the survey will be entered into separate drawings to win one of several prizes, including four tickets to a men’s or women’s basketball home game, a Purdue Fort Wayne hoodie, a Purdue Fort Wayne T-shirt, or up to $250 Don Dollars.
Please note that we are working with an outside partner to administer the survey, so your invitation and reminder emails will have the caution message at the top about coming from outside the university. These communications will come from Jeff Malanson via the email address “wess@ webebi. com.” Be assured, it is safe to click on the invitation link to complete the survey. Your feedback will be confidential.
We look forward to your participation in this survey and ongoing engagement on this important initiative in the months to come. We plan to share results and key findings in January. If you have any questions, please let us know.
Sincerely,
Ron Elsenbaumer
