Dependents

The CSSAC Grant has been suspended for the 2025-26 academic term.

Criteria for Dependents of Campus Support Staff Employees:

1. Grant awards will depend on available funds. Grant awards to dependents are not to exceed $800 per academic year.
2. The applicant must be the dependent child (natural, adoptive, or stepchild) of a benefited campus support staff employee who has been employed at least one year.
3. The dependent must be a full time student in an undergraduate program during the award time period, and have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5.

Employees

The CSSAC Grant has been suspended for the 2025-26 academic term.

Grant awards will depend on available funds. Grant awards to campus support staff employees are not to exceed $500 and not to exceed $400 for spouses (basically to help with textbook expenses as a supplement to the fee remission). Grant priority is as follows: dependent, employee, spouse.

Criteria for Employees:

1. The employee must have been employed at Purdue Fort Wayne for at least one year and be a benefitted (working at least 40 hours per pay period) campus support staff employee.
2. The employee must be working toward a Purdue Fort Wayne degree, have a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
