Employee Well-being at Work
The Employee Well-being at Work event for faculty and staff in July will promote work-life integration, one of the Healthy Boiler Pillars of Wellness.
The focus for this month is organizing, preparing, and de-cluttering. Whether at work or at home, an organized space free of clutter can reduce the stress or anxiety which comes from not knowing where some things are located. It also gives you back time that you may be spending looking for items.
Take this month's challenge and get rid of 30 items that you no longer need.
Learn More: Attend the Healthy Boiler Virtual Workshop: Pantry Reset on Tuesday, July 25 for tips and ideas to organize your pantry so you can easily create your shopping list and work smarter, not harder when planning your meals.
Visit the Employee Well-being web site for upcoming events for faculty and staff.
Attendees may enter a drawing to receive a gift to help you with organizing your pantry, office, closet, and more.
Employee Well-being at Work is a program where the Employee Well-being team will be available to meet with faculty and staff each month. Our team is focused on working for you and your well-being.
Each month we will visit a different building and offer health and well-being tips or health checks, healthy snacks, giveaways, and information about upcoming events and programs. We would also like to gather information about your biggest health and well-being concerns so we can create programs to address your needs.
