Employee Yoga: In-Person and Virtual Class

Athletics Center Fitness Studio

Break up the periods of sitting—join the Employee Yoga class. Practicing yoga is one way to address the muscle stiffness, strained neck, tight hips, weak abs, and more which develop while sitting over long periods of time.

Another added benefit to yoga is that it helps to relieve stress, promote relaxation, and refocus.

Participants work at their own level guided by health coach Lindsay Bloom. Class is open to beginning, intermediate, and advanced practitioners of yoga.
