Employee Yoga: In-Person and Virtual Class

Athletics Center Fitness Studio

A consistent yoga practice contributes to a healthier heart and mind because it uses movement with deep breathing techniques to help lower your blood pressure, body-wide inflammation, and stress as well as maintain or develop good balance and flexibility for life.

Participants work at their own level guided by health coach and fitness instructor Lindsay Bloom. All levels of fitness are welcome.
