Employee Yoga: In-Person and Virtual Class

Athletics Center Fitness Studio

Take a mid-day break and discover the benefits of a yoga practice. Yoga is a great way to relieve some of the tightness, muscle aches, and pains which we experience from sitting for long periods.

It incorporates movement with deep breathing techniques to de-stress, help your mind to refocus, and maintain or develop good balance and flexibility for life.

Participants work at their own level as they are guided by health coach Lindsay Bloom. All levels including those who have never tried yoga are welcome to join.
