Employee Yoga: In-Person and Virtual Class

Athletics Center Fitness Studio

Take a mid-day break and discover the benefits of a yoga practice. Yoga is a great way to relieve some of the tightness, muscle aches, and pains from sitting for long periods.

Through movement and deep breathing techniques, it can help to de-stress, to refocus your mind, and to maintain or develop good balance and flexibility for life.

Participants of all levels, including those who have never tried yoga, are encouraged to join. Health coach Lindsay Bloom guides the class and modifies poses based on your level.
