Athletics Center Fitness Studio

Let's build habits that last. Taking a weekly class such as the Employee Yoga class can increase the likelihood that the activity will become part of your schedule and a habit.

Yoga incorporates movement with deep breathing techniques to de-stress, maintain or develop good balance and flexibility for life.

Don't fret if you can't do some of the poses at first, especially if you are a beginner. Health coach Lindsay Bloom offers variations of poses to match your level. As you continue with yoga, your flexibility and strength will progress to more advanced poses.
