Healthkick: Virtual Lifestyle Education Program

This 6-week virtual education program addresses physical activity, nutrition, creating healthy habits and decreasing stress. Program includes brief daily videos (about five minutes long) Monday through Friday and three brief health coaching sessions, every other week during the program.
The HealthKick program is available for benefits-eligible employees at West Lafayette, Fort Wayne and Northwest and their covered spouses on the Purdue medical plan. View weekly timeline for this program.
Program dates: January 8–February 16. Space is limited. Please register by Friday, January 5.

Lifestyle Education programs focus on creating lifelong habits to improve and maintain your health and well-being. These workshops about heart health, tobacco cessation, diabetes, and more are offered to benefits-eligible employees and their covered spouses as part of the Healthy Boiler Program.
