Healthy Boiler Pillar: Physical Health
Burnout and Sleep
Our Healthy Boiler Workshops for August reflect this month's theme: Sleep. Most of us have experienced sleep problems due to stress, interpersonal relationships, financial worries, work-related situations, and physical health factors. A consistent sleep routine and a good night's sleep has been proven to give your body and brain the rest it needs to recharge.
Burnout can affect your sleep as much as poor sleep can affect burnout. How do you know if burnout is playing a role in not getting enough sleep? Join the Healthy Boiler workshops Burnout Prevention and The Magical Power of Sleep which will address burnout and sleep respectively.
