Healthy Boiler Virtual Workshop: Self-Compassion
Zoom
We all are compassionate people, yet we tend to exclude ourselves from our own circle of care which has consequences in terms of our happiness and how we affect those around us.
In this workshop, Jon Walker, MD, retired, will explore what self-compassion is, what it isn't and why it may be hard to be kind to ourselves. He will also discuss how it can help with stress and burnout thereby enhancing our well-being.
Open to all faculty and staff. Meeting link will be sent before the event. Registration deadline is October 12 before noon.
