Healthy Boiler Virtual Workshop: Staying Connected in Retirement

In this workshop, you will learn about how maintaining social connections and being involved in the community after retirement can improve physical health, mental health, slow cognitive decline, and help us age better.
This workshop can provide some helpful tips and insights for those who are retired or close to retirement age, who have parents who are retired, or if you are a caregiver to a retired parent.
Please register by 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, March 7.

How do you envision your retirement? No matter what your plans or age may be, it can be beneficial to examine what retirement looks like to you and how to transition from working full-time to being retired. Join us for a series of four virtual workshops in September which will discuss various facets of healthy aging and preparing for retirement.
- The Risk of Anxiety and Depression | March 6 | Noon-1 p.m.
- Staying Connected in Retirement | March 7 | 10-11 a.m.
- Adjusting to Retirement | March 7 | 1-2 p.m.
- Healthy Aging | March 8 | Noon-1 p.m.
