Student Flu Shot Clinic: Super Shot

Super Shot will administer free flu shots to all currently enrolled Purdue Fort Wayne and Indiana Fort Wayne students. Please reserve an appointment online through the Super Shot scheduling system by October 8. After reserving your appointment, you can attend the flu shot clinic anytime between 3-6 p.m. to receive your flu shot. Bring a photo ID and health insurance card if insured with you on the day of your flu shot.

Flu Shots Keep the Herd Healthy
Being proactive by receiving your flu shot before flu season hits is highly recommended to keep yourself healthy and the Mastodon community. Flu Shot Clinics are conveniently being offered on-site for currently enrolled students. Please schedule your appointment by Tuesday, October 8.
On the day of the flu shot, you must:
- Be in good health and free of any illness or fever.
- Bring a photo ID, student ID, and health insurance card (if applicable).
- Wear clothing that allows easy access to your upper arm, such as a short-sleeved shirt.
