Taking Control of My Diabetes: Virtual Lifestyle Education Program

Do you have diabetes or prediabetes? Do you want to better understand diabetes and how it affects your body? This 14-week program will explain what diabetes is and how nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management can influence your blood glucose levels. Each participant will be given a glucose meter with supplies to check their blood glucose levels.

Space is limited. Register early because all benefits-eligible employees from the Purdue campuses and their covered spouses on the Purdue medical plan can sign up. Facilitated by health coaches Cheryl and Megan from Purdue West Lafayette.

Program dates: January 17–April 17. Please register by January 10. Meeting link will be sent before event,
