Q. If I have already submitted time off during June and July, do I need to modify it?
A. No, once the schedule has been changed in the system, the hours will automatically adjust.
Q. If I use a sick day Monday–Thursday, will this deduct 8 hours or 9 hours?
A. Nine (9) hours will be deducted.
Q. Am I required to work the alternate summer hours?
A. No, you are not required to work the alternate summer hours, and you may remain on your current schedule; however, you will need to work directly with payroll ([email protected]) to ensure your schedule is not modified.
Q. My department has an on-campus event scheduled during the summer. Will this be affected?
A. The summer schedule is to offer flexibility for departments and employees. Please work with your supervisor to design a schedule that works around the event(s).
