City Utilities and Anthony Wayne Rotary Club award more than $13,000 worth of college scholarships
Fort Wayne City Utilities and the Anthony Wayne Rotary Club want to help grow the STEM talent in the Summit City. To them, this means furthering education.
Wednesday, at Coyote Creek Golf Club, four college students were awarded more than $13,000 in scholarship funds. The extra funds are to help interns with schooling and to encourage them to continue to work in Fort Wayne after graduation.
Samantha Miller is a two-time recipient of the Bob Clifford Scholarship for $5,000. She is studying Aquaponics and will graduate this spring from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
