Purdue Fort Wayne’s 7th annual Day of Giving set for April 30
Looking to build on last year's record-breaking campaign, Purdue University Fort Wayne is again inviting those who value what its students do to secure a stronger future for themselves and the regional workforce to participate in the university's annual Day of Giving on April 30. This is the seventh time Purdue Fort Wayne will host what's dubbed the Big Give. Everything will kick off at the stroke of midnight and last the full 24 hours to follow.
“Day of Giving continues to serve as a great opportunity for our supporters from all walks of life to invest in scholarships, academic programs, campus infrastructure, athletics, and other critical initiatives," said Purdue Fort Wayne Chancellor Ron Elsenbaumer. "Gifts big or small make a real difference in the lives of our students."
Day of Giving is all about encouraging experiences and building opportunities in and out of the classroom. To illustrate why this effort is important, a majority of the Mastodon Alumni Community's more than 55,000 alumni reside and work in Indiana, which contributes significantly to the state’s economy, vitality, and intellectual strength.
Four weeks from today, friends from across the country and around the globe will be able to do their part to help keep the momentum going so Purdue Fort Wayne students can continue to accomplish big things on campus, in Fort Wayne, and beyond. Throughout the entire day on April 30, visit dayofgiving.pfw.edu for updates and to make a donation.
The university is also spreading the word with its 2025 Day of Giving video.
