PFW Fall Campus Visit Day will be largest ever
Purdue University Fort Wayne is holding its Fall Campus Visit Day this Sunday, October 21, from 12:30 to 4 p.m. Check-in will take place at 11:30 a.m. in the Rhinehart Music Center.
With more than 1,100 people expected to be on campus, this will be the largest and most successful Fall Campus Visit Day in the university's history.
Prospective students and their families are invited to come to campus to explore what college life is like. Guests will be welcomed to the university by Chancellor Ron Elsenbaumer. There will be information about applying to college, financial aid, degree programs, athletics, and housing options on campus.
“It is important to give our prospective students and their families the opportunity to meet with faculty and staff from every area of the university,” said Elsenbaumer. “We want to make the decision to come to this university an easy one by providing them all the tools and information necessary to make that choice.”
There will also be a resource fair, departmental open houses, and campus tours.
Fall Campus Visit Day is free and open to the public.
