Enterprise Asset Management, successfully implemented in October 2017, streamlined and automated capital-project requests and maintenance requests, and introduced Fix-It, a web application to request facility repairs. General Ledger, deployed in July, makes processes more efficient and reduces forms and manual approvals. Human Capital Management, the final phase, will redefine the human-resources core structure through an organized job-family structure; new recruitment, time, and pay functionality; and an upgrade to SAP SuccessFactors, all set to launch on January 1, 2019.
