Know Your Body
Blood health screenings are an important part of maintaining good health. To help you do this, we partner with LabCorp to provide confidential health screenings throughout the year. University employees, retirees, and their spouses may receive a free wellness panel once per year. If you want to dig deeper, you may arrange for other tests that do not require fasting.
Here are some things to keep in mind about our screenings:
- Pay by cash or check (payable to Purdue Fort Wayne). Payment is due at the time of service. Employees may submit receipts to their HSA for reimbursement.
- At this time, walk-ins are not available.
- Online registration is required. Register early to reserve your spot.
- If you need to change or cancel your appointment time after you have registered, please change your time or remove your name from the sign-up form so that others can fill the empty time slot.
- Results will be available online only through LabCorp’s patient portal. You must create a user ID and password (or use your existing login and password) to view your results.
