Creating and Modifying Courses

Course Processing Consultation
Schedule a course processing consultation with us to help guide your course proposal. For more information, contact Terri Swim, associate vice chancellor for Academic Programs, at [email protected], or call 260-481-6442.
Course Processing
All course proposals are entered into the Purdue Curriculog system. Curriculog is an online course and curriculum management system used for submitting, reviewing, and approving course proposals. Curriculog is designed for faculty and administrators who need to add, change, and eliminate courses. Upon final approval of a course proposal, the Registrar updates the catalog and notifies the originating department.
Have questions about Curriculog? Check out the Curriculog FAQ [PDF]. Please direct all Curriculog questions or training requests to Wanda Johnson, assessment management system administrator, at [email protected], or Tara Lewis, associate registrar, at [email protected].
New or Revised Course Numbers
If you can't find a matching PWL course or want to change an existing course number in Curriculog you will need to create a new course number. Contact Celia Price, assistant registrar, at [email protected] or call 481-6121 to obtain a new course number.
