NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Purdue University Fort Wayne (2101 East Coliseum Blvd Fort Wayne, IN 46805-1499) will be undertaking a project, Music Building Addition-Telecommunications Fiber Re-Route-2024 , for the following scope of work: Re-routing of the fiber optic cables for the addition to the Music Building on the Purdue Fort Wayne Campus.
The estimated cost of the project is less than one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00). To request a set of plans or obtain a bidder’s list, please call (260) 481-0169 or send e-mail to [email protected].
The Project is located 2101 East Coliseum Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN.
Sealed bids are due no later than 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Thursday, October 10, 2024. Bids will be received at the front desk of Ginsberg Hall Rm 103, thru Procore (the University’s online bidding and construction management tool), emailed to [email protected] or fax (260) 481-4165. Bids received after such time will be returned unopened. Bids may be withdrawn prior to Thursday, October 10, 2024, but no bids shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days thereafter.
A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held on October 4, 2024, 10:00 a.m. EST.
The meeting will be held in Room 114, Ginsberg Hall, on the PFW North Campus, 5190 Saint Joe Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46835.
