What We Do
Reach new heights!
Devoted to creating a team promoting the values of rock-climbing education, safety, and inclusion as well as a commitment to environmental stewardship that encourages all members to preserve the natural environment for future generations.
- To foster a community for students interested in rock climbing where they can discuss, promote, and plan such activities with other like-minded students.

Section I. Qualification:
- Fifty-one percent of the total membership must be currently enrolled students at Purdue Fort Wayne and only those members may vote, hold office, and represent the organization/university in an official capacity.
- The minimum membership requirement is eight members.
- Membership and participation shall be free from discrimination and harassment per the policies of the Purdue Fort Wayne Code of Student Rights, Responsibilities, and Conduct as stated in Part I, Section A, Items 3 and 4.
Section II. Types of Membership
- Voting membership shall be open to all students currently enrolled in at least 3 credit hours at Purdue University Fort Wayne.
Section III. Financial Obligation
- Prospective members of the RCC must pay applicable dues before being considered a voting member of the RCC.
- For members who only intend to climb locally, the due cost shall be $50. These members will be marked as Local Members. “Local” refers to climbing locations within a 25-mile radius of Purdue Fort Wayne.
- For members who wish to be included in local and travel opportunities, the due cost shall be $75. These members will be marked as Traveling Members. “Travel” refers to climbing locations beyond a 25-mile radius of Purdue Fort Wayne.
- Local members who wish to upgrade their membership to become a Traveling Member may do so at any time for a fee of $30.
- Dues shall be recurring on a semesterly basis and shall be due to the Treasurer by the second week of membership.
