Faculty Artist Recital – Andrew Nesler, piano
Prokofiev War Sonatas + Beethoven
The second installment in this three-part recital series features Prokofiev's gripping Sonata No. 7, Op. 83, paired with Beethoven's Sonata No. 6, Op. 10/2, and Eleven Bagatelles, Op. 119. With a thematic focus on small-scale ecosystems, the program also includes Wu's Tiny Forests and Yoshimatsu's Six Vignettes, Op. 105.

Gene Marcus Piano Competition Finals and Winners Recital
The annual Gene Marcus Piano Competition celebrates its 14th year and regularly attracts top, young pianists from Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. Pianists, up to the age of 18 within 100 miles of Fort Wayne, compete in four age divisions for cash prizes and Gene Marcus Piano Camp scholarships.

PFW/Sweetwater Jazz Festival
PFW Jazz Festival offers high school and middle school jazz bands the opportunity to experience a non-competitive performance and clinic by renowned instrumental pedagogues from around the United States. Each ensemble will be provided comments on their work immediately following the stage performance. The event has become so popular it has been spread over two days. The King’s Singers
The King's Singers have set the gold standard in a cappella singing on the world’s greatest stages for over fifty years. They are renowned for their unrivaled technique, musicianship and versatility, which stem from both the group’s rich heritage and its drive to bring an extraordinary range of new and unique works, collaborations and recordings to life. The King’s Singers’ have received numerous awards, including two Grammy Awards, an Emmy Award, and a place in Gramophone magazine’s inaugural Hall of Fame.
