Mental Health Awareness Week: Breathing for Relaxation

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, we encourage you to take a 10-minute mid-morning break and join health coach Lindsay Bloom via Zoom to pause, breathe deeply, and relax. 

Open to all currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff. Workshop will begin at 10:05 a.m. When it's time, join the ZOOM meeting.

Mental Health Awareness Week

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, the October 12 Employee Well-being at Work will be open to all currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff. The Employee Well-being at Work event for faculty and staff will resume on October 18 and 23. These events will focus on a short, guided meditation and deep breathing exercises to help clear your mind, refocus, and relax.
