Student Housing Room Rates
Housing room rates are the cost of living in PFW Student Housing for an academic year (fall/spring semesters). Room rates are per person and vary depending on location, size, amenities, and number of students per room.
Room rates for housing at Canterbury Green and the Arch include the ability to stay over winter break at no additional charge. Room rates for apartments on the Waterfield campus do not include winter break. Pricing and more information about winter break housing will be sent out early in the Fall 2025 semester.
