Explore & Expand Your Talents
This summer, explore the liberal arts and fuel your curiosity and inner creativity. The Collaboratory introduces students ages 14-17 to the transformative power of the liberal arts and college life at Purdue Fort Wayne. Our Appleseed Youth Writing Camp for grades 4-9 ignites the creative powers of budding writers. And our Video Production Camp for grades 6-8 teaches tomorrow's filmmakers how to craft compelling stories on-screen.

A Week of Creativity & Discovery
Every morning, participants in our liberal arts youth programs step into an environment buzzing with creativity and collaboration. The Collaboratory offers teens an opportunity to engage in hands-on learning under our award-winning faculty. At the Appleseed Writing Project, participants spend their days weaving stories, experimenting with new styles, and learning from experienced instructors who fuel their passion for words. Over in the Video Production Camp, future filmmakers dive into hands-on workshops, mastering camera angles, sound editing, and storytelling techniques. The week flies by as students push their creative limits and discover new realms of knowledge, gaining skills and confidence they never imagined and discovering firsthand the fun and excitement of a college campus!
