Blue Ash

Description
Blue ash is found in Indiana only rarely, and then, usually, on stream bluffs. The fruit and foliage resemble black ash, except that foliage is greenish yellow, and young branches are four angled and square. Leaves have 7 to 11 stalked leaflets. This native ash seems to be highly resistant to the emerald ash borer.
