Girl Scouts host free STEM Expo at PFW

Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana invited girls in kindergarten through high school seniors to attend their annual STEM expo.

Held for the ninth year, the expo brought area businesses and exhibitors to the Walb International Ballroom at Purdue Fort Wayne on Oct. 19 from 9 a.m. to noon.

From hands-on activities to experiments, female professionals shared their experiences and advice to young women interested in science, technology, engineering and math.
