Henry joined city’s parade of great mayors
The late Fort Wayne major Henry was both a man of business smarts and the son of a social worker who built on the legacy of his predecessors. In short, Henry was about execution.
He prioritized economic development in the broadest terms possible for both boom and bust times, but he didn’t forget about those not reached by the benefits of a thriving city.
