Katrina Grady chosen as new associate vice chancellor for HR/OIE at Purdue Fort Wayne

After completing a thorough search that featured three high-quality finalists, Purdue University Fort Wayne has selected Katrina Grady as its new associate vice chancellor for Human Resources and Office of Institutional Equity. Grady is no stranger to the campus community, having spent more than a decade as the university’s benefits and leaves administrator until 2015. Most recently, she was the executive director for human resources at East Allen County Schools.

“We are excited to welcome Tina back to the Mastodon family and I look forward to working with her and the whole HR-OIE team to identify new opportunities to enhance their presence on campus,” said Glen Nakata, vice chancellor for financial and administrative affairs. “I am grateful to the members of our search committee for all of their time and efforts to make this an inclusive and successful process.”

In addition to certifications as an SHRM Senior Certified Professional and a Senior Professional of Human Resources, Grady also earned an MBA in human resources management from Indiana Tech.
