What is a Building Emergency Plan?
The BEP provides building specific emergency procedures for occupants and guests. The information listed in each document will include, at minimum:

- Evacuation Gathering Locations
All faculty, staff, students, and guests should become familiar with their building's plan in the event an emergency occurs.
The goal of a BEP is to prepare everyone, in advance, for what may happen while they are in the building and provide information on how to react to that situation.
