Athletic Center Fieldhouse

Venue Overview

The Purdue Fort Wayne Fieldhouse is multipurpose sport and fitness facility located on the Northeast side of campus. The Fieldhouse can be rented by groups and individuals for sporting or other activities when it is not being used for academic classes, Fort Wayne Athletics Events or Recreational/Intramural Sport Programs. All reservation requests will be considered pending availability of the space.

NOTE: Due to the volume of athletic and educational activities, the availability of the Fieldhouse and Gymnasium for external events is extremely limited.  Community Groups may submit request for use of the Fieldhouse up to 6 months prior to the proposed event date.

• Size: 65,000 sq ft
• Flooring: Mondo Super X surface, the same surface used on the track at the Beijing Olympics
• Seating: Retractable bleacher seating for 532 and 150 on tip and roll bleacher seating
• Miscellaneous:
• 6 Lane, 200 Meter, Oval Track
• 3 Dividable Volleyball/Basketball Courts
• Long Jump
• Rates: 
• 1/4 day (3>hours): $ 600.00
• 1/2 day (6>hours): $ 1,100.00
• Full day (6-12 hours): $ 1,500.00
• Court Rental (hourly/per court): $ 60.00

Audio/Visual:

• The Field House does not have an Audio/Visual system. Special Events can only provide a small announcement system capable of covering the bleachers with intelligible speech. For Music, DJs, and coverage of the entire room an outside audio vendor must be contacted.
