Event Policies

Overview

Event planners will be billed at cost for all expenses to repair or replace physical damage to any Special Events facilities caused by user groups or their guests.  Should the event not comply with any university policies PFW reserves the right to

• Charge for clean-up services at cost and/or
• Immediately terminate said event, while the person responsible will remain obligated for all costs associated with the event as planned

Animals on Campus:

• Service Animals are permitted in campus buildings through the ADA.
• Emotional Support Animals are only covered under the Fair Housing Act and are not permitted in campus buildings with the exception of Campus Housing Buildings.
• Therapy Animals are similar to Service Animals in that they are allowed in campus buildings but only if the following criteria have been met:
  • They have passed their Therapy Animal Certification Test
  • They/their handler were invited by an employee of campus to be in a campus building
  • They/their handler provide their certificate of liability coverage.
