It’s our job—as part of Purdue Information Technology at Purdue University—to provide telephone service campus-wide and to coordinate the installation and maintenance of telephone equipment.

- Add, move, remove, or update extensions
- Voicemail password reset
- Equipment repair
- Reserve a Polycom phone for teleconferencing
- Add or change campus directory entry (e.g., name, address, or title change)
