Career Development Center
The Career Development Center is here to support both students and alumni in building a better future! They strive to prepare Mastodons with career readiness programming and assistance in finding real-world experiences that coincide with any of the university’s many degrees. Whether that’s connecting with leading companies in Northeast Indiana, or nationally, for an internship or full- time opportunity, taking home a professional outfit from the Mastodon Career Closet, or simply exploring your career path with one of the career counselors, the Career team is dedicated to assisting you achieve your goals! Handshake
Handshake is a free Web-based system used to post job opportunities for students and alumni. Handshake allows you to:
- Search for all types of jobs, including part-time and full-time employment, work-study positions, and internships
- Become eligible for campus interviews and resume referral
- Track your job search, including job listings for which you have applied
- Store up to 10 different resumes
- Send your resume to employers
- Receive e-mails about upcoming career events
