The Schatzlein Box Office:
Located in the Purdue Fort Wayne Music Center room 106. The box office is conveniently located inside the main door across the lobby. The Schatzlein Box Office serves as the main Box Office for Arts, Theatre, Music and Special Events ticketing on campus.

The Williams Theatre Box Office
The Williams Theatre Box Office, room 124, is located in the lobby of the Williams Theatre.
Box Office Hours:
- This box office opens one-hour prior to the start of performances in the Williams Theatre.
Please note that latecomers are seated at the discretion of the house manager in the Williams Theatre. Please plan to arrive early to allow for time to walk to the venue.
The Studio Theatre Box Office
The Studio Theatre Box Office, room G32, is located on the northeast corner of Kettler Hall.
Box Office Hours:
- This box office opens one-hour prior to the start of performances in the Studio Theatre.
Please note that latecomers are not admitted after the start of the performance in the Studio Theatre. Please plan to arrive early to allow for time to walk to the venue.

The Purdue University Box Office is the primary ticketing outlet for the Departments of Music, Theatre and any special events that occur in the Auer Performance Hall and the Rhinehart Recital Hall in the Music Center.

How to Purchase Tickets:
- In person at the Schatzlein Ticket Office daily.
- Via telephone at 260-481-6555 with a VISA, MasterCard, or Discover
- Online powered by TicketReturn
- Tickets must be paid for at the time of purchase
- Tickets are non-refundable and no exchanges can be made
- Tickets purchased online are subject to an online convenience fee. This fee along with any other ticket fees are not refundable.
Services for Patrons with Disabilities:
- The performance halls in the Music Center and Williams Theatre are equipped with Assisted Listening Technology that can be requested at the Box Office
- The Box Office is also equipped with a text telephone for patrons with hearing disabilities 260-481-4105 (please only use this number for TTD ticket requests)
In the event of a cancellation
- Refunds will be issued for the face value of the ticket purchased
- For tickets purchased online, the refund will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
- For tickets purchased in-person or over the phone with a credit card, the refund will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
- For tickets purchased in-person and paid for with cash or check, the refund will be issued in the form of a check mailed to the patron from Purdue West Lafayette and can take at least 10-14 days to receive.
- Tickets purchased online are subject to an online convenience fee. This fee along with any other ticket fees are not refundable.
Box Office Ticket Policies:
- No refunds or exchanges for any reason
- Date and time subject to change
- No photography, recording, taping, or filming without prior written permission
- In the event of a cancellation every effort will be made to contact ticket holders
- All programs are subject to change without notice
- If you require special accommodations please call the box office prior to the event
- Purdue Fort Wayne assumes no responsibility for personal property
- All campus buildings are smoke-free. Your consideration of other ticket holders is appreciated
- Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed and is valid only for the event and seat for which it is issued
